Abstract:
Abstract: Given a trajectory of Kirchhoff-Routh Halmitonian system, we found a solution to the two-dimensional Euler equation whose vorticity concentrates on the trajectory. We develop a gluing method for Euler equation whose inner problem is a highly degenerate elliptic operator and outer problem is a transport equation. Surprisingly the inner problem share similarities with infinite time blow up for Keller-Segel system. (Joint work with M. del Pino, J. Davila, M. Musso)
