The Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World (TWAS) have agreed to offer 50 fellowships each year to scholars from developing countries (other than China) who wish to pursue research in natural sciences in China. The program includes Fellowship for Visiting Scholars, Postgraduate Fellowship, Postdoctoral Fellowship and so on .

Applicants may choose their host institution(s) from about 32 research institutes of CAS in a wide spectrum of science subjects. The travel expenses will be covered by TWAS while living expenses will be provided by CAS.
